I AM CURRENTLY SEARCHING FOR A NEW MAINTAINER

Compatible with version 3.*

UNLIMITED VERSION allows unlimited coups on empires

Use the two new espionage option to stage a coup in the target country or assassinate the tagets ruler. The Rebellion has the same ethic and authority as you unless you are gestalt or corporate in that case it is random. The operation can only be executed once on a target!

FAQ

Does the AI use those operations too?
Yes they can use those operations. This might rarely happen because of the nature of the AI. They often do not have high enough intel to start a operation or the economy to fund them.

Is it compatible with other mods?
It should be compatible with every mod since it does not touch any game files. If you find any incompatiblity please report them in the comments.

Does it work with existing saves?
Yes it works with existing saves.

Does load order matter?
Load order does not matter since this mod does not affect base game files.

Is it compatible with other ship class mods?
Yes, rebellions also use custom ship classes from other mods when installed.

Ugh, so weird. Second resub grabbed the entire package. Steam really needs a "force reinstall" option for Workshop mods.

Though, it still downloaded the one where it says:

desc = stage_a_coup_desc
stages = 1
resources = {

Based on the other comment, changed it to 5.

I just double checked and even reuploaded everything. It does work for me, when I download it all the new versions of the files are present

Quick question:

Was the removal of 'opinion_modifiers', 'war_goals', 3 of the 'events' files and the PNG files intentional?

...Steam was refusing to update the mod so did the unsub/re-sub, but I've heard that can cause issues for some. So want to make sure those files were removed and Steam didn't break the download.

No worries, it's probably not come up because it's expensive (Intel Level) to do and most of us probably do the 'Launch when Ready' (check box) and "fire and forget" it.

Released a patch that fixes:
- Espionage operation 'stage_a_coup' does not have the expected number of stages
- Naming macros in localizations not being parsed correctly
