Check out http://arctic-vr.com they rent Pavlov servers. I'm unable to host one as I don't really play the game.

I used to host a Pavlov Push server that just had insurgency maps. I'll look at getting that going again

Push is only available on custom servers. You can't start a lobby with Push.

THE PUSH MODE DONT WORK ANYMORE
, IT WONT SHOW UP IN THE GAME MODE LIST WHEN I OPEN A SERVER, CAN U FIX IT WE LOVE THE INSURGENCY MAPS ! , LOTS OF NEW PLAYERS FROM INSURGENCY WENT VR AND WANT YOUR MAPS BUD :)

It's a good looking map! You might consider putting up some blocking volumes along the sides too since it's possible to walk off the map. Not sure if there's actually an exploitable position you can get to though.

In PUSH mode I think there's a defender spawn among the attacker spawns for the third objective, "C". I was occasionally spawned inside of the out-of-bounds area, alongside the attacking team.
