I highly recommend the SAR quickMods by Johanauret86!

This layout depicts a section of the South African mainline between Johannesburg & Cape Town. following the beautiful Vineyards of the Hex River Valley. This section of line depicts the oldest railway tunnel in south africa over the original pass, with gradients reaching 1 in 40 and curves tighter than what standard gauge allowed, forcing them to use 3ft 6in gauge which would later become the standard gauge across South Africa and Africa as a whole. In 1948 a new line was constructed but opened a whole 41 years in 1989 after due to complications constructing the 4th and longest tunnel on the line.
