RHS AK-74M ACE Mag Holding

Basically it's a bunch of configs that apply the UUK holding anim on every AK-74M variant and an ACE Self interaction that gives you ability to swap between default and UUK anims.

If you want to add magholding weapon to AI, use
in its init
If you need any other 74M variant, copy its classname and add _maghold in the end, then put ot instead of rhs_weap_ak74m_maghold

Known problems:
Zeroing goes back to default when holding method is changed
