Pills Cure Zombification

This mod starts you with two Pseudomectin pills (even in multiplayer build 41.60+). Pseudomectin cures you if you have the zombie infection. You will not find any more doses (even if you create a new character).

Here's the story:

You decided to spend the 4th of July weekend with your old high school friend in Kentucky. It was a lot of fun catching up.

Late on the 4th of July, there came a phone call.

Your friend answered, and immediately went pale.

"There's an emergency at the base. I have to go."

Your friend paused, and pulled out two pills from a pocket.

"If something happens, and you start to feel sick, take one of these. I can't say any more. I'll be back soon."

Then your friend left. That was 5 days ago. You are alone, in an unfamiliar town. Something weird is going on.


Your character doesn't know this, but you are the fortunate possessor of two doses of Pseudomectin, the only known cure for the Zombie infection. Take one pill and your zombie infection will go away.
Developed in the same secret labs that studied zombification, Pseudomectin is an experimental military treatment.
You will not find any more Pseudomectin pills anywhere. They were all taken by the soldiers and medical personnel who had access to them.
They will cure you from becoming zombified. They will not stop hordes of zombies from tearing you apart. The pills will not prevent future infections.

Pseudomectin - Just makes the game a little easier. When disabling zombification transmission feels too easy, and using an unlimited cure feels too greasy.

This mod also introduces Ivermectin, which can be found with some medical drug stashes. Do you have an internal parasite problem? If not, don't take Ivermectin - it will only make you sick. Despite what the AM talk radio hosts are saying, Ivermectin is *NOT* a proven cure for zombification. But feel free to take it if you don't believe me. Please don't take Horse Ivermectin - that's for deworming HORSES.

Bug: This only gives you pills for your first character. After that generates a bug.
