MES Abandoned Mining Facility

描述
An old abandoned mining facility was recently located on an asteroid. It appeared to be raided by pirates, perhaps they are still around? It seems that some systems are still in tact...

MES Abandoned Mining Facility is a dungeon-type encounter mod using Modular Encounter Systems. Its survival-ready with balanced cargo and NPCs, intended to create a place of interest (or PVP hotspot) for multiplayer.

The encounter itself includes a damaged facility, an asteroid with tunnels, several NPC spawns and dangerous boobytraps. If you successfully manage to dodge all the traps, there is a lot of loot to be had.

The encounter has a small chance to automatically spawn if Random Encounters are turned on in the MES config settings. Can also be spawned by using the command: /MES.SRE.MES Abandoned Mining Facility

Does this spawn as a boss encounter?

I'm getting this error. Only MES, Chaotic Spawns, and this are active.

Ran into a interesting issue with this mod on a dedicated server. Once players found some of these and they were in the world, my essentials file clean up commands would run and then the server would freeze. I was able to test disabling various mods until removing this seemed to fix the issue once all the facility and there asteroids were removed. In some researching and asking around, it appears that there is some conflict with mes/essentials/torch-SE dedicated cleanups involving Npcs in voxels. We really enjoyed the mod, but cant run it currently due to this issue.

OK, I got it to spawn. Guessing where I was the first time wouldn't allow the spawn.

This is a really beautiful base and makes for a very cool and intricate encounter. My only critique is I think the loot amounts (plat, uranium) are a bit excessive for the danger level of this place (thinking survival PvE balancing). I think if the loot were a bit more conservative, it'd be perfect. otherwise, fantastic work!

also, that smol miner drone is too cute!

@Klous that's the beauty of sandbox; you can do whatever you want, however this encounter is designed for a hand tools approach
