9S Voice Pack

Adds a voice pack with around 150 lines for 9S from NieR: Automata.

I recommend you use his voice lines for the specialist role since there are a quite a few for hacking.

The voice lines may have very minor spoilers, but none major. You should just go ahead and play NieR anyways if you haven't, it is great.

Let me know if there are any issues or bugs. There shouldn't be, but that is not how programming/modding works is it?
