@benbunkeresq Unfortunately its just a prop
i cannot port the map due to there being too many materials to port is as a model and im pretty sure GFB disabled the ability to export models in the editor

You could try minimizing the textures or remove a few rooms

@k2mario Unfortunately a map is outside of the capabilities of the Source Engine as exporting it to source would have to much textures... sorry
