Omega's Stellaris Traditions

Omschrijving
This is a standalone mod that only contains my 21 traditions, 36 civics, 9 ascension perks, and a limited amount of additional content. This was created for individuals that don't want the rebalance changes that are made in Omega's Stellaris Additions. A non-essential compatibility patch for NSC2 is available.

  • 21 tradition trees
  • 36 civics (9 regular, 11 megacorp, 8 hive, and 8 machine empire)
  • 9 ascension perks
  • 12 traits
  • 1 origin
  • Vanilla Starbase has had additional weapon slots added at all tiers and has also received a generous increase to hull, armor, and shield points.
  • Please see here for the full list of vanilla changes.

Compatibility
Multiple vanilla files were harmed with the making of this mod.
  • Ascension perks were modified to improve balance and increase variety of choice over vanilla.
  • Building files are edited for the purpose of added bonuses from tradition trees.
  • District files were edited in order to add new civics for Megacorp, Gestalt, and Hive Empires.
  • Campaign/Ambition cost was increased to account for the increased amount of unity generated by this mod.
  • Edicts have their Influence activation cost restored.
  • Leader upkeep once again uses Energy for upkeep instead of Unity.
  • Vanilla civics have been updated/improved to account for the 36 civics added by this mod.
  • Pop job files have quite a few bonuses added by tradition trees/civics and a small number of balance changes.
  • The modifications to the starbase files make starbases actually somewhat useful at defense while also adding bonuses provided by tradition trees.
  • Trade Conversions are edited to account for new trade policies added by the Commerce tradition tree.
  • Tradition Categories have been weighted so that the AI knows when to take a tradition tree from this mod compared to vanilla tradition trees. This is determined by the empire's ethics.
  • Traits were slightly modified for balance purposes and to provide unity buffs given the increased need for Unity in order to complete all trees by endgame.

Thanks, I just haven't had a lot of time to work on modding due to real life matters. Its something I want to get back to as time permits.

Have you considered breaking this up into it's different parts so it's less daunting to update all at once? Like one part for the building/job changes, one part for the civic additions and expansions, and one part for the traditions and ascension perks?

Love your mod, especially how it makes basically every civic so much more impactful.

The game crash during the loading to main menu when using this mod.
