Adds a new type of Dice, the Chaos Dice!
This dice is like D6, but it can reroll into any other item from any other pool. The item can reroll into modded items as well!
Supports EID.

Chaos Dice (Active)

Charges: 6
Quality: 4
Pools: Treasure, Greed Treasure, Secret, Greed Secret, Crane Game
Description: Rerolls pedestals in current room. Rerolled items can be from any pool.

can you make the same dice but with the added effect that it doesnt reroll empty pedestal ... im trying not to take tem but i cant resist the random eve's mascara
