Follow these steps if you want to begin:
1.This is gm_construct: Go to the dark
area.

You will see the TF2 Ragdolls and a lot of hats, medals, badgets, etc.

2. Use your Physgun, click at the Ragdolls and freeze them immediatly.

3. Select the Bone Merger or No Collide tool and use it on a Ragdoll and the item you want.
