Some people think it's a myth. But if you're curious, don't wait. Take a trip. Find it. It's out there, somewhere in the woods; waiting." -Dipper Pines (Take back the Falls)

This mod adds Gravity Falls, from the Disney Channel cartoon of the same name, as a playable Civilization. Flung from their universe by the interdimensional demon Bill Cipher upon his defeat, the citizens and creatures of Gravity Falls look to Stan Pines to lead them. Explore the mystery of the Woods around Gravity Falls, earn your fortune in artifacts, and find out if Gravity Falls can stand the test of Time.

Unique Ability: A History of Mystery
All Architectural Museums can hold 6 artifacts, and are automatically themed when full. Unimproved forests yield 1 faith and 1 culture.

Leader: Stan Pines "Yes We Stan!"
Relics, Statues, and Artifacts yield 3 culture, 2 faith, 2 science, 5 gold, and 2 tourism. Gain an extra Economic Policy Slot. Gain access to a unique governor: Boss Mabel.

Unique Unit: Dipper Clones
A Scout Replacement thats cheaper to produce, gains XP quickly, and has +1 sight when compared to a normal scout.

Unique Improvement: Mystery Shack
+3 Culture, +2 Gold. Must be built in a forest or jungle, can only be built once for each city, and generates +1 Culture for every two jungle and forest tiles adjacent to it. Culture bombs adjacent tiles, and generates tourism equal to culture after researching Combustion.

To Do:
-Add Music: I've tried a few tutorials that proved outdated. If anyone knows how to add music to a civ, This budding modder would love to hear about it!
-Balance: This is my first civ 6 mod for a playable civilization, and its likely at least a little bit rough around the edges when it comes to balance. If you have any feedback, please leave it in the comments!

This is the first in what I hope to be a short series of mods centered around my favorite American Animated Shows. Playing Civilization V, I really enjoyed the plethora of playable fictional civilizations made by fans, and I'd like to bring a little of that to the Civ VI Community! I have plans to create playable civ's for Nickelodeon's Avatar: the Last Airbender, Cartoon Network's Adventure Time, Star Trek, and maybe more. I already have a mod with a collection of City States from Avatar: TLA up, if you're interested! I have no coding background, so progress is slow, but getting faster as I learn! Regardless, I hope you all enjoy what is here, and what is to come!

Do you do commissions for modding? to make another civilization

This mod is hilarious and amazing, but playing with it I'm noticing that both the dipper scout unit sometimes just... loses promotions the turn after you get them or when you get another promotion (my Tyrone unit has gotten the full 7th scout promotion twice now), and Boss Mabel as a govern keeps eating governor titles but not retaining the promotion. It took three tries to get Formal Congresswoman to stick and that only seemed to stick because I got Celestabellebethabelle the next turn and now that one isn't sticking.

It appears Mable is unavailable if you have Secret Societies active.

@Le_Me sweet!! Thanks! I'm learning game Design right now in college so if I find something I'll I'll let you know about the music mods. Hey idea for ya for gravity falls. You know that mech robot you can build what if it was the giant gnome from gravity falls skin season 1 episode 1?? That would be bad ass to see a giant gnome attacking the cities lol

Boom! Just added YnAMP compatibility, that was actually easier than I thought. Go crazy @xXPheonixGoldXx !

At this point in terms on content, I consider this mod done for now. I'll come back to fix any small bugs people experience, if I figure out the error at game setup where Stan's image doesn't load properly, or if I can figure out how to add custom music. Bill Cipher may come somewhere down the road as a leader but for now I'm focusing on other projects. Enjoy the mod!

@xXPheonixGoldXx From what I can see, adding onto the vanilla TSL maps is impossible (though please link me any modded civs that manage to do that cuz I'd be interested). I am looking into YnAMP support, which would add the TSL of Gravity Falls into that large modded map pack.

As for Bill Cipher, I'm interested in making him (I especially like the direction of @Pitohui 's idea, very nice) but I'm currently shifting my focus towards creating the Avatar the Last Airbender civs, so Bill Cipher isn't a priority for me rn. Although if someone wanted to create the leader Bill Cipher, I'd love to include it in this mod, and would of course add the coder as a co-creator =3)

its working now :STARTLEDSHESLIME: and his picture is showing i just had to unsubscribe then resubscribe and it was there. THIS IS SO COOL CAN YOU MAKE MORE OF GRAVITY FALLS LEADERS??? like BILL CIPHER, THE GNOMES as the barbarians. Id love too see more added to this content mod pack!!

@eurritz Yeah I noticed that too, I'm not sure what the problem is, but hopefully I'll figure out whats wrong soon. In the meantime, the in-game stuff is completely playable.
