Enclosed Telescope Tune-Up

The Enclosed Telescope looks like a big, heavy, with a huge lens. But in unmodded game the Enclosed Telescope differs slightly from the small Telescope, they are almost the same, except scan radius 4 hex, small protection the duplicant from radiation and sunburn and mandatory requirement connection of the oxygen pipe. This should be changed.

This mod adds the following changes:

• Scanning radius increased to 5 hex
  
• Scanning speed increased by +50%
  
• Energy consumption doubled to 240 watts.
  
• Added +200 kg Glass to the construction cost.
  
• Now Gas Pipe connection requirement is optional instead of mandatory. You can either connect the pipe or not connect it, then Duplicant will consume oxygen respectively from the Telescope or from his suit.
  
• Prohibit construction inside a Rocket

Starting with the U46 "Whatta Blast" Update the mod works with the Base Game.
But since there is only one type of Telescope in the Base Game, the mod adds only these changes:

• Added +200 kg Glass to the construction cost.
  
• Now Gas Pipe connection requirement is optional instead of mandatory. You can either connect the pipe or not connect it, then Duplicant will consume oxygen respectively from the Telescope or from his suit.

You can configure this mod via the Main menu -> Mods -> Enclosed Telescope Tune-Up -> Options
You can adjust the scanning radius and speed, and turn off/on some features.

In case of problems with this mod:
a) First of all, make sure that your game really uses the latest version of the mod.
Use the Mod Updater to force the game to update mods.
b) Then please open an issue on the GitHub[github.com] And remember to attach the game logs.
