ARC Fighter Training for the ARC Fighter Station

notes:
- no loot, just atmospheric
- fighters are airtight and have O2 tank (hidden in the rings)
- each arm of the "rings" has outside room for a seperate generator and inside 4x 1 block spaces (core, fuel, maybe O2 or LCDs). so you could spawn even just these ring halfs seperate if you wanted to or add some detail with LCDs.

the idea is that the Station is a bit of a Training Ground for new recruits. so near it (same system) you have these training rings for flight training. i would imagine maybe a wreckage field too, for target practice. it's really just an atmospheric asset. no specific function currently, other then to look good. if the NPCs could fly lopps then the ARC Fighter could fly around there. you can make the rings seperate if you would want to distribute seperate rings in a system as a longer training course.

-> ARC fighter station has some quest ideas with this together. (mostly fly through these XD )
