Realistic Real Estate Prices

Did it ever bother you that a piece of armor, or a weapon could cost more than a house in the United Cities controlled towns? Well no more, with the Realistic Real Estate mod.

Most factions have had their house prices increased, with the exception of the anti slavers, whom I actually decreased. It made no sense to me that anti slaver house prices were double that of vanilla UC house prices.

With this mod UC prices are the most expensive, then Machinists/Free Traders/Trade Ninjas and Tech Hunters are slightly cheaper, then Shek and Holy Nation, then Holy Nation outlaws and anti slavers. Mongrel also had its real estate upped a bit but not much due to the fact it is a "safe" haven in the middle of a sea of man eating fogmen. The rest are untouched.

You can see the values of the factions I changed in the image I uploaded for this mod. I know some of these factions dont have houses for sale but its there incase you have any mods for world states and the like.
