GM_ASYLUM

This is a standalone release of the map featured in "The Source Zone", in this version you can freely walk around the map, there is no black & white CC nor any of the things featured in the other map.

This release include two maps, in day/night styles.
  • gm_asylum
  • gm_asylum_day

Check the change notes to see what was removed/added.


REQUIRED TO PLAY

You are required to own HL2, HL2: EP 1 and HL2: EP 2 in order to load all the materials/models needed, and no, I ain't gonna include in the download, sorry, too much work

If you have the games then the missing stuff might be result of other mods and addons you might have installed, I really do not know, I tested on my end only with vanilla content, and works ok, I apologize but I ain't gonna pack anything from games you don't have, valve games are kinda dirt cheap at this point, if you don't own it by now, sry, but that's not my issue.

I am really sry but this kind of problems with folks not having all the games or having mods that interfere with the content mounting is rly not a thing I am going I'll be providing support for, is just too many variables.

If anybody is wondering why there are still errors despite having HL2 ep 1 and ep 2 here is a way to fix that. Go on the menu page on Gmod, then go down to the bottom right corner where you will see multiple tabs problems, games etc. Click on Games then scroll down until you see Half life 2 episode 1 or 2 and check if the box on the left of the game is ticked. If it is not ticked then click the box and that will put a tick in it. Hope this helps :)
