This is new in Alpha 20, you can't do much but requesting to open a door and to walk around.

How to play this map:
1. Click Subscribe.
2. Enter the menu (Esc)
3. Click on Extras.
4. Click on Prison Sharing.
5. Click on the prison, and then click PLAY.

Note: Only users that have Prison Architect on Steam can play this edited map.
