描述
Just a bunch of changes made for playing with friends. No promise on if its balanced or anything,

Race governance up faster
Partisan skills completely reworked so now theres a point to pick against AI
Each Leader gets a new skill at level 5
Can add Negative Forge point ability to craft stronger items


Theocrat Order of Templar Knights applies to archer, irregular and pikemen
civic guard remodel
Human Crusader gets Blinding Aura
Cherub change appearance
Human Halberdier get armor piercing instead of overwhelm
Human archers get blessed arrows sooner
Can touch of faith self
everyone gets ordinary mount skill
keeper of the peace tactical skills apply to allies
purifying bursts only affects enemies
power of the word increase strength
Theocrat Leader can learn instant wrath
Removed desecration from necro
Instant wrath does 75% damage
increase min smite damage slightly
Relentless army changed to tier 3 spell
Mass berserk skill for warlord
Removed Hero Slaying
Druid favored enemy applied to cavalry instead of support
martial arts skill is applied to irregulars as well
Arch angel lower tier spell
Inspiring aura give all adjacent units +1 damage, no longer buffs targeted unit, reduced cost
dwarf pikement get armor piercing and guard breaker at gold
Hex Bolts to Orc Priest
Orc Priest renamed to Warlock
Muskateers get armor piercing earlier
Warlord killing momentum for leader
Frostling harpoon throw stronger chance, archers get pike square
Can target self with grant frozen flames
Negative Forge point ability to craft stronger items
Prayer for the Hurt heals target army to full instead of all units over time
Moving Target gives extra Lucky instead
Warlord get volley of arrow skill
Added extra abilities to item forge
changed climate modifiers for elemental specializations
added elementals to creation and destruction
condemn killing to give despair instead of curse and last 3 tactical turns.
Elemental specialization overhaul
Tropical empire given to air (Fire keeps volcanic)
Arctic empire given to water
Liking terrain spell and spreading terrain spell combined into one master level spell for each
Air given Soaring City adept spell to give units within target domain flying
Fire given erupt to convert hexes to lava (which cool to volcanic the following turn)
Earth can raise mountains within its domain
Gave orc druids and sorcerers hex bolts
Reduced cost of summon bone dragon and summon obsidian dragon
Reworked hailstorm to be actually useful.

Generally like these ideas, but , being a bit of a pedant myself, the human unit are halberdiers, not pikemen. And halberds were very good at cutting the hafts of spears or pikes (pikes being just very long spears - 12 feet long or longer). No reason they shouldn't have armour piercing as halberd points were also good at piercing army, but would have thought they should have overwhelm too.
