Chompette [PM/NPC]

This is someone's OC so if you got a problem with it, just deal with it. I think it's supposed to be the Chain Chomp from Mario.

-Playermodel
-Faceposing (Yes, it blinks and stuff).
-NPC (You can find it in the "TF:RE" section of the NPC tab).
-Seperate Ragdoll model for posing
-C_Hands
-Somewhat functioning hitgroups
-Bodygroups
-Separate Chain that can be attached using Advanced Bone Tool or PAC3 (I couldn't just put it on the model, because of the source engine's bone limit).
