[1.4 Alpha] Wing Stats, Timer and Tweaks

Built for 1.4 Alpha version of tModLoader.
Adds wing stats and a flight timer

Wing stats:

->Flight time: in seconds(s), how long can you fly with the wings

->Aereal speed: in miles per hour(mph), how fast can you fly the wings

->Vertical acceleration: in multiplier(x), multiplies aereal speed with this value when flying vertically, 1x means both vertical and horizontal flight speeds are the same, 2x means vertical speed is twice as fast as the horizontal speed, will not display if value is exactly 1x

->Hover speed: in miles per hour(mph), how fast can you fly when hovering with the wings, only displayed if the wings allow hovering

->Mod compatible because this mod uses Terraria's internal code to check wing stats

->NOTE: doesn't check if you have soaring insignia equipped, it checks the raw stats of the wings

->Hovering over a wing item and pressing your smart cursor key will display the internal stats of the wings (can be turned off in the config)

Wing timer:

->Displayed similarly to the radar

->Is labeled as "wing stamina"

->Is only active if player has wings equipped and doesn't have soaring insignia

->Can be toggled in-game and through config

->Calculated in ticks and seconds

Wing tweaks:

(Check the mod config)

->No flight time penalty(false by default) disables flight time penalties when hovering or boosting

->Improved aereal momentum(false by default) diables horizontal movement speed penalties when flying
