MetroCop Fire Death SFX Fix

It always bothers me whenever a metrocop catches on fire and just doesn't seem to react that he's on fire. Once he's dead he just doesn't scream at all. So I've decided to make a basic script that completely fixes that awkward silence after his firey death. Plus it also includes two scream types one from Hl2 Beta and RTBR ( Raising The Bar Redux ).

TLDR : Basically it fixes the missing "scream_fire.wav" so the Metrocop screams after they burn to death instead of a silent death.
