BFE Weapon Sound Fixes(ish)

Fixes some weapon sounds going quiet depending on where you look at, however, there MIGHT be a problem if you play multiplayer with this addon, haven't tried it myself. This also will work with sound replacer mods.

One issue: the weapon sounds won't be muffled underwater.
