Adds Chester the Drunk Aussie Scientist into the world of Don't Starve Together.

Starting Stats: 1.2x Attack, 1.1x Defense, 1.0x Speed

Chester is a man of science and a MAD GENIUS! He can make all tier 1 science recipes without needing a Science Machine, and he gains a flat 10 sanity per science item crafted, regardless if it is prototyped or not.

Chester is a monster, and nearly all 'good' mobs will attack him on sight.
Nonaggressive mobs: Beefalo, Bees, Houndius Shootius, Antlion.

Chester chooses to spend most of his time drunk. He has a custom crock pot recipe to make a bottle of Ale that can temporarily boost his stats!

He haaaaaaates being sober, so every 3 days he goes without drinking Ale, his attack and defense modifiers lower by .2x, and his speed lowers by .1x. (Stops lowering at .5x)

When sober, he also only gains 80% the hunger, health, and sanity normally gained by food. If a food item doesn't grant any sanity (ex. seeds, berries), then he will lose 2 sanity instead!

When Chester drinks his Ale, any stat debuffs from being sober are removed and his attack and defense are boosted to 1.5x. He will also gain normal stats when eating food (as opposed to the default 80%). Food tastes much better when you're drunk!

Chester's Ale buff lasts 2 minutes. When expired (and hungover), he loses 20 sanity and will move at .8x speed for 30 seconds. Once the debuff expires, all stats are reset to their starting values.
-Bugfixes! Pleaaaaaaaaase report any crashes or anything not working properly. I've done my best to test, but I am only one person and may have missed a few things.
-Maybe a custom voice too!
