描述
A 28-story mixed-use Art Deco skyscraper located on Broadway next to City Hall Park.

Completed in 1930, it has a very minimalistic design in terms of decorations, but a staggering amount of setbacks for such a narrow building.
The storefront facing in two directions is decorated with black metal beams. It also has a spacious green roof with a tiny modern rooftop house.

The signs are toggleable. To remove them, simply change the name of the building.

The only issue i am having is my NYC is so big, that it has trouble unlocking goals, a lot of that game functionality is not working for me.

@GayusJuliusCaesarRainbowus I'm just trying to follow the standards set by top creators, still have a lot to learn. I really appreciate people who notice small details, thank you! And yes, these details weren't super difficult to make. I actually spent most of the time lining up bricks :D
