Once your character dies you'll get the option to stay as your heir, or reincarnate as a random christian, muslim, pagan, eastern ruler.

In this mod you can set using your games rules on whether you want to stick to titles count or higher, duke or higher or king or higher.


I've included Jewish and Zoroastrian rulers under the Christian option just for ease, if enough people want something different I might include their own option. Reformed pagans should fall under the pagan option.

The only real game over can occur in a ruler who doesn't have heirs of their dynasty, as the game over screen supercedes any events, so just hope you don't reincarnate as an old, family-less ruler.

There might be errors occurring around regencies and republics, as the event sometimes doesn't work correctly the first time for those rulers. Just retire your character and it should work the second time.

I've playtested the mod but I'm just one person so there will probably be errors. I'll try to help with troubleshooting but this is my first mod so help might be limited.

Known bug: The event fires for every title you inherit, so if you get a title back from an old familyless vassal the event will fire while your character is still alive
