I don't know, make sure your software is set to default sound recording,
you can see how to fix it here: https://help.wallpaperengine.io/en/audio/noaudio.html#check-the-windows-audio-mixer

What do i check? audio output's on the audio recording device is default, vol -50, threshold- 0.5 and the reload something is also on?

Go to settings, select tab "General" check if the audio is working properly

You have no other way when flipping the image, the clock will not display correctly.
