Ask your court chaplain for gold rather than the Pope. This is a bit less abusable than the vanilla interaction since your chaplain is likely to have less gold.

Not extensively tested beyond base functionality. Might need some balancing on how much is given. May also reintroduce the papal interaction, but make it much harder to do so that you actually have a reason to notice the pope.

I love that you can ask for money even other religion/faith.
But I think if you still can ask head of faith for money (maybe only as christian maybe as all faith idk) is good too.

Haven't seen the option anymore in 1.5 loved this mod bc it adds up to the realism of the game

This is a great idea, also love making the Pope interaction more difficult.
