Secret police loosely based on a real building in Lublin, Poland. Employs 40 workers and can be equipped with 9 vehicles.

Beautiful. I think the building is good size (physically and via workforce) for the HQ. After all, Not everyone in the building is a worker. "No tours are allowed in the East wing. Or the west wing..... Or the basement."

Would be good to also have a smaller "branch office" for hard/cosmonaut start. Fewer employees and cars, etc. Keep up the great work.

Of course, but the default secret police is also big and employs only 30 workers. 40 here is already even more than the volume proportion would tell.
