Alex Shelley founded Generation Next in Ring of Honor and led thr group until being booted in late 2004.

Shelley turned face upon his ejection from Generation Next, but after a feud with his former stablemates, went on to join another heel stable, The Embassy.

As Shelley began appearing more and more in TNA, he began making only sporadic appearances in ROH over the next several years.
