Destructible Skyscraper

The bottom floor is frozen, unfreeze it when it is in place completely- it won't break the creation.
The building is not very costly on performance, but a lot of particles will come off of it if it gets destroyed- so very laggy then.
13 brick walls tall, and 5 concrete walls wide.
