Nope. this mod enables materials to build with, even if there are none of that material available on the map at all. or rather - you can place the build orders but without those materials they'll never be able to be completed.
The idea is that if you start without any materials (or have run out), you can still place down the build orders, then have your colonists gather what is needed afterwards.
I Clearly Have Enough ?
The reason for the conflict is that Yak Wool doesn't have modContentPack set, possibly because it is created at runtime rather than from an XML file.
There is a mod conflict between Animal Patches and I Have Materials. This report has been sent to both parties.
