Uploaded for workshop use, this gorgeous map is awesome for TTT, Murder, or whatever else you may want it for. It's a damn shame it wasn't on here already! Make sure to explore and visit the museum.

Be warned, there's a NSFW easter egg on the map.

Known issues:
When using the coin operated binoculars, be careful to not get killed or the player camera will get stuck in there forever. Don't use them for now, or reconnect if it happens to you.

The props do not seem to be appearing and ERROR messages such as CMaterial::PrecacheVars: error loading vmt file for models/warby/wan_overlay_ivy_01
are showing up in my console.

The NSFW easter egg is very tame. If you're a server owner like me and need to see it before including the map, use this in your console, and move up/down a little bit:
