Adds a number of technologies to be researched.

Simply updated the original mod to work with the updated game, as the original mod author (Witcher) has not updated in some time.

he could add more technologies to mod.

Can you reduce the cost of research for use the AI breakthroughs ? (cost of 10,000 research to see the next breakthroughs is dump, even with using mod to add more research search).

Glad you updated this, could you add a config to enable/disable each tech though? A couple feel kinda unbalanced to me.
