With this mod you will be able to use the hacksaw to cut combination locks of fences.
You will need 2 hacksaws (1.66) in order to cut a fully pristine combination lock.

The cutting is devided in different stages. Each stage will take 2 minutes which sums up to 10 minutes in total to cut a fully pristine lock.
Every cycle it will take 34% off the hacksaw used. This will result in having to use 2 hacksaws in total.
