HAL IW84 WBS70 (Plattenbau)

Model and Texture by the wonderful MeisterMonis. Converted for Workers & Resources by me.

Made from blueprints of the original buildings, this is a collection of 5 and 6-floor, filler and end block buildings from Halle (Saale) from Cities Skyline creator MeisterMonis. These Plattenbaus are very typical of the residential units built within former DDR.
Buildings come with a 92% quality, and suit between 34-50 workers.
