EMU3000 is an inter-city train of the Taiwan Railway Administration( 台鐵TRA ) and also the first fixed 12-car set in conventional rail. Like class 800 and 885 series, its easy to identify as member of Hitachi A-train.
This new train is expected to replace the EMU300, EMU1200 and other folding-door railcars.
