Honestly, the only track of yours I'd say that is slightly misrated is Millennium Wharf, as it's a fair bit easier than the other three "very hard" tracks, enough to where I'd almost-- ALMOST-- suggest bumping it down to "hard".
There have been complaints that tracks are mislabelled as easy or hard, but the ratings reflect how unforgiving the tracks are, not how hard they are to learn. This one you can just follow the road and get a perfect lap on your first try, but there's a decent difference between that and a fast lap.
I however could personally do without the things along the track that are putting out a high-pitched whine; they give me a headache.
