QTS-11 Scope (for PO4) - Sandstorm

Note: The scope moves very slightly to the side when aiming down the sights - this is not a bug. I made it this way so that the position of the sight matches with the rail when not zoomed in, but moves to the left when zoomed in - slightly offsets the sight from the rail, but it is not noticeable at all, unless your eyes are focused on the sight body (that means you are playing the game wrong anyway). This had to be done in order to compensate for weapon deltas because the default PO4x24 model (for which deltas were made) is not centered properly (thanks NWI).
