Useless Debris Remover

This mod is now obsolete! Use Artzert's Utilities instead.
The new version in Artzert's Utilities will no longer incorrectly delete objects when physics are paused.

Removes objects below y -19, since these are underneath the level and useless to the player.

Info:
Can't be configured, you can enable debug mode if you really want to by editing the script.
I might add a system that removes objects underwater too, since some maps an ocean floor which means objects no longer reach y -19.

For mappers:
Bodies that have the "tool","valuable" or "interact" tag will not be removed (thanks, CoolJWB!), so use this if you want to temporarily store stuff under the map.

This mod will no longer receive support, so comments have been disabled.
