Works with Iron man and Multiplayer and with 3.3

Still works in 4.x - No changes needed to the mod. Too lazy to change the version tag in game. Does not affect Ironman runs or the checksum

Thank you, it works! Finally no more of that grating federations music.
Doesn't change the checksum, so I assume it should be ironman-compatible.
