Ever wanted sideways cards in isaac? Well now you have them!

Works with external item descriptions.

the fool*- Envokes the genesis effect.
the magician*- Temporary tears up.
the high priestess*- Summons a moms' foot that is 5 times stronger.
the empress*- Temporary damage up.
the emperor*- Spawns a random sin.
the hierophant*- Spawns 2 rotten hearts.
the lovers*- Converts a soul or a black heart into a red heart.
the chariot*- Freezes all enemies in the room.
justice*- Spawns 4 sacks.
the hermit*- If Isaac has enough money removes 15 coins and spawns a random shop item.
wheel of fortune*- Envokes the crystal ball effect.
strenght*- Permanent +3 damage up until Isaac finds a dmg up item.
the hanged man*- Grants the transcendence item for the rest of the floor.
death*- Gives deaths' touch for the rest of the floor.
temperance*- Spawns 5 pills.
