[TFA-VOX] Underhell PMC Hazmat Soldier (WIP)

ＮＯＴＥ： Only contains Normal PMC, Hazmat soldiers currently.

I originally planned to get the guard and normal soldier to work, but uhmmm....
Voice lines are way too detailed.

Working on ACE, ARC guards voice lines currently

Generic hits: "I'm hit!" etc
Arms hit: Yep, they'll yell "MY ARM!"
Legs hit: Same as arms.
Head hits: They do have headshot sound effects but I assume most people is gonna use him with helmet so I got the CS:S Helmet shot Sound.
Falling sounds, death sounds, and also low health reacts.
And not funni reload sound. Now now how about you install it and see for yourself?

Well the lua works fine for now, I guess.
