Welcome home, survivor!
Mi casa es tu casa, right?

This house is located outside Rosewood.
The coordinates are 7900 x 10900.

This house consists of 2 floors and the roof.
The first floor is intended as the main garage of the house, so you can park your main vehicle inside the building.

The fact that the house is almost completely bare is totally intentional. What I want to offer is a big building in which you can express yourself and your creativity!

On the first floor there is a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a study where you could create your own library, a room that will serve as armory (storage room or whatever you want), and a special room where you can place your trophies, thanks to the new feature that has been added with Build 41.54.
Outside there are 3 rows of totally empty garages that you can use to store your cars, since players usually like to collect them.

There is no spawnpoint near the house.

So no eris_minimap plugin for it? If you never bothered to do this for some reasons, then I might go... finding the house with my eyes open.

Seriously, this mod is in fact lookin' magnificent due to the house having empty rooms for extreme safehouse makeover during the apocalypse.

Gotta love it when I give it a shot!

same here you can put a well next main building. Or, maybe you can dig a lake for fishing next house and rise threes around the house. One more point the whole structure is good. however, I want more decoration in the house. I understand the purpose that you leave some empty rooms for us easy to customize it by myself. But i am a guy who likes "complete" house. Maybe you can make a new different version of this mod.
