Alternate implementation of checkpoints (compare with https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1346077242 ). Also, an attempt at a checkerboard button design.

Pros:
Doesn't require C2G scripting or duplicate levels.

Cons:
Can cause side effects in other levels once you have a checkpoint. As long as you die in the reset booth (or beat the level, or restart the game) before changing to another level, you'll be fine.
