I no longer update this mod, but you're free to run with it as you like. Outdated or not, this mod still works to my knowledge.

could be possible to use the same colours or design from the shields (carthage, greeks and hellenic factions) of the ships into their infantry counterparts such as hoplites and pikemen please?

It can be activated by changing the type from mod to movie and MOD setting in game.
Note that the file is in the data folder for the original one doesn't work.
