Split Prowler Experimental Carrier (VRO)

描述
Requires VRO, should work with all patches post-4.0

Adds the Prowler, an improved Raptor variant. Also adds a custom start, Privateer of Zyarth.

Prowler has 3x XL Shields, 18x L Turrets, 125x M turrets and 4x Prowler Main Battery in total, +%10 additional armor, ability to house 11 M and 181 S ships. However it is also much more expensive both price and material wise as well as NPC spawn wise.

Changelog:
-v1.1: Added 4 L and 18 M turrets to top side of the Prowler, Privateer of Zyarth start adjusted a bit, Xenon forces are increased significantly and now their fighters come with more intelligent default orders, a Terran intervention force will aid you with heavy capital deployment in quelling that threat.

-v1.12: Updated for 6.0, Prowler Main Battery Projectile Speed increased, damage increased, shield penetrating damage reduced, max heat buildup increased, magazine size increased from 4 to 6, reload time increased from 7 to 12, fire rate reduced slightly.

v1.13: Updated for 7.5, flight properties updated, hull HP buffed, crew count increased

@Herzog, sadly not soon. I dont quite have time to maintain this anymore and maintaining SWI submods take priority instead. Feel free to make fixes and patches yourself.

@TheShooter36 Thank you for making this. It looks amazing.

I cant wait to make this the core of my fleet but sadly it is sidelined until the internal generator is added since there is basically no shield recharge on it. I bet you can just point the IG to the Raptor one and it should be good if you dont want to create your own. Granted I dont know enough on the coding part of X4 to know if that is possible.

I looked for a way to fix this, but due to my lack of knowledge, I couldn't understand it well.

Well, I still can build the prowler ( though trying to save a preset wont work when you try to load it back in somehow ) just without the internal generator, it is severally at disadvantage compared to other ships with an IG
