This mod removes the glowing halo around interactive objects(crew,stations).

I wrote in the description that the mod requires starting a new campaign, but I'm sure many will still come here to complain that it doesn't work.

Worked out what the issue was. Delete the files in the "cache" and "data sheets" folders within the "[user]\AppData\LocalLow\Deep Water Studio\Uboat\" folder and that should solve the problem without need to update manually as described in my 4 Dec post.

This mod should work but for some reason the general.xlsx data sheet in the "\Steam\steamapps\common\UBOAT\UBOAT_Data\Data Sheets" folder is not being overwritten by the file within the mod.

You can make the change yourself by copying the data from the "\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\494840\2602478629\ data sheets\general.xlsx" file to the "Highlight Styles" worksheet within the "\Steam\steamapps\common\UBOAT\UBOAT_Data\Data Sheets\general.xlsx" file.

The change should persist until the developers release an update to UBoat. You will also need to start a new game to see the change as it's not save game compatible.

I wonder if this can be updated to include ships? Bit immersion breaking to be searching for a ship in the dark through your scope, and it lights up the whole outline
