Poison Mist (Standing, Custom Mist)

Standing Poison Mist, using the mist sprites from Fire Pro Returns. Leave the defender dizzy, if not done while they're already dizzy (duh)

Damage matches the default standing Poison Mist attack

Use parts from the first collection for the bigger cloud, or parts from the second for the original smaller cloud

Update: Shortened the mist and hitbox distance so it looks a bit more natural. Didn't re-gif it 'cause I had a real rough time getting the CPU to cooperate the first time
Update 2: SIKE, Carlzilla pointed out a bit in the modpack that stops the AI, making it way easier to re-gif
