Colonises habitats AI is unable to.

This mod addresses a long-standing bug of AI being unable to colonise its own habitats. It will check annually for an uncolonised Orbital Habitat, Ring World section, Planetary Habitat or Dyson Swarm habitat and start colonisation process for the empire if it has resources needed to pay colony ship costs (varies between empire types).

No overwrites, except for Planetary Habitats (read below):

I have removed feature giving AI ability to build Planetary Diversity Planetary Habitats. Looks like there is a popular mod out there which breaks it and I am unable to identify it.
If you want AI to build Planetary Habitats download this zip[drive.google.com], unpack and overwrite files in SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1878751971\common\megastructures

Load order:
- Anywhere without Planetary Habitats.
- Under Planetary Habitats if you want AI to build them. Above Planetary Habitats if you don't want AI to build them or are using another mod changing \common\megastructures\Planetary Habitats files.

Colonisation functionality remains unchanged.


Restores AI building Planetary Habitats, a feature disabled by Gatekeeper until Paradox fixes the bug. If you want this feature off open console and input the following command (copy-paste works):
effect set_global_flag = habitataifix_pd_build_disabled
Or simply move this fix above Planetary Diversity mods so this feature gets overwritten.
