Lost Friend Improvements

This small mod contains a few improvements for the Tier 3 Captain mission 'A Lost Friend.'
Specifically:
- It fixes a problem where the preview perks at the end of the mission don't match
what's actually received on the final captain
- It adds information about the primary class you'll receive (no spoilers) to the
mission title
- It fixes an issue that makes Smuggler Hideouts never give non-trade missions at all
- It then further fixes an issue that stops Smugglers from being assigned to hideouts
